Özak Global Holding is a group company with 33 years of expertise that operates under three main businesses: textile, real estate investment trust and tourism.

The Akbalik family founded textile, the leading business within the company group in 1985. It achieved the high quality standards it aimed for in short time and 1999 with its ability to follow quality and fashion trends it became a globally known brand. Its three factories in Istanbul, Malatya, Çatalca and Urfa manufactures textile for worldly re-known brands and with over 700,000 items per year of denim production continues to be a key player within the Turkish economy.

In 1995, with the establishment of In-ter Yapi, the company expanded its sphere of business into construction. The successful results of this business allowed the company to found the Özak Real Estate Investment Trust (Özak GYO) securing a stronger place for itself within the industry. As a company functioning under global norms, Özak GYO develops, invests and markets multi-functional buildings, residences, social facilities, offices and shopping malls. Özak GYO has brought a different perspective to its project by following the global changes in architecture and ecology. The current 1.5 billion TL portfolio was offered to the public in 2012.

In order to add value to plaza, residential and shopping center like projects in Özak GYO’s portfolio, the Akyön Facilities Management Company was founded in 2009. Akyön Facilities Management now manages the rental services of 400,000 m2 of property.

With its trust towards Turkey’s tourism business, Özak Global founded Aktay Tourism in 2004. The first facility developed by this business was Ela Quality Resort, a five-stared, 600-roomed hotel in Belek, Antalya. This hotel successfully publicizes our country with its Turkish-Ottoman architecture and hospitality. In addition Aktay Tourism has begun investing in resort hotel projects in Aydın Didim’s unique geographical region and Antalya Demre’s village area away from effects of the open sea.

Özak Global’s businesses merged under one group company, Özak Global Holding Corporation in 2009. The corporation closely follows global technological advancements and trends within textile, construction and tourism and continues to work on well spoken of local and international projects.
